Data BlueQuote Accesses

• Selected text on the current page (to create the quote).
• Page metadata such as author and open-graph image (to enrich the card).
• Page title and URL (to show source info and name exported images).

How Data Is Used

The data is used only to render the quote card and support the export feature. BlueQuote does not sell, share, or monetize user data.

Storage

BlueQuote temporarily stores selected text and metadata locally in the browser to pass data between the context menu and the popup UI. This data is cleared after use.

Data Sharing

BlueQuote does not transmit or share your data with any third parties.

Security

BlueQuote operates locally in the browser and does not send user data to external servers.
